What we charge
We charge one flat service fee, agreed in advance. Below: what it covers, the stages you pay in, and the price of optional add-ons. The hospital's own charges are never included — you always pay those directly.

What our service costs
The package fee covers everything marked Included. Everything else is billed only if you ask for it, at the rate shown.

Fee questions
Do I pay you or the hospital?
Both, separately. The hospital bill goes to the hospital — we never hold that money. Our flat service fee is invoiced by us, in stages, and the $199 deposit is credited against it.
What if I decide not to travel?
Before you confirm an appointment, you owe nothing beyond the deposit. The deposit is refundable minus work already completed, as set out in our terms of service. Hospital deposits follow the hospital's own refund policy, which we give you in writing before you pay it.
Can I get a single all-in price including travel?
We can quote our service fee, an accommodation range and an airport transfer cost as a package. We do not quote a single all-in figure including medical care, because that number would be a guess dressed up as a promise.
How many payments is the service fee split into?
Four. The online consultation is free; a $199 deposit is credited against the fee when you start; a second payment when travel is confirmed; the balance settles after your trip. The hospital bill is separate and always paid by you directly to the hospital.
Do you take a commission from hospitals?
No. Hospitals cannot pay for placement, rankings or a recommendation. You pay the hospital's own official international-department rate, and our only income is the service fee you agreed to in advance.
